Project management, is discipline of planning, organizing, securing, managing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. Project Management is an organized endeavor with a defined beginning and end (usually with constrains in the limited time factor, funding or scheduled delivery dates).to bring about beneficial change or added value to the organization. Improved stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and engagement. a. Management: In business and human organization activities of mobilizing the people together to accomplish the desired goals will be first key step. b. Process: It is important to determine the process of planning and controlling the performance or execution of the activities transforming the inputs to desired outputs. c.
