Course Overview
Engineering Project Managers are entrusted with the responsibilities to review the cost
impact of a given project which has a direct impact on cost management, supplier
relationship and overall business efficiency either through contract review or project
milestone and the necessary resources to be made available for a project to be
completed as per the planned schedule.
This program is aimed and designed to enhance the negotiation skills and capabilities of project professionals by providing practical strategies and techniques for preparing the
negotiation and managing suppliers’ agreements.
On completion of the program, the participants will be equipped with effective
negotiation skills, manage projects, contracts and adapt to digital advancement in
project management.
