This three-day intensive course is specifically designed to introduce participants to various generative AI tools and techniques that can be utilised throughout the entire research process, from initial idea generation to the preparation of research papers and visual presentations.

Participants will be exposed to the use of popular tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Canva, and others, and will learn prompt engineering methods to optimise outputs from these generative tools.

Through hands-on sessions, group exercises, and simulation-based assignments, participants will not only gain technical skills but also develop an understanding of the ethical use of AI in research, including issues such as plagiarism, originality of ideas, and over-reliance on technology.
